The Rail Baltica project, a multi-national initiative aimed at integrating the Baltic States into the European rail network, represents the most significant infrastructure endeavour in the region in over a century. With an investment exceeding €5 billion, the project demands efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety and effective communication across teams — areas where Novade’s field management platform excels.
